My Process

  • Every project begins with a thorough review of your content, length, and timeframe.
    I provide a clear, transparent quote based on the complexity of the material. For your convenience, I can accept a variety of currencies, as well as payment via Wise or PayPal.

  • I don't start translating until I understand the "why" behind your text.

    • For Creative Works: I identify character dynamics, emotional arcs, and the intended impact on the audience.

    • For Business Media: I analyze the target reader’s knowledge level and the specific goals of the communication.

  • This is the most intensive phase, where I translate your content into a polished English draft. I focus on flow, tone, and ensuring that 90% of the "final" polish is achieved in this first major pass.

  • Accuracy is paramount. After a rigorous self-check for grammar and consistency, I recommend a third-party review.

    Note on Peer Review: For the highest quality results, I recommend having a second set of eyes on the text. You may delegate this to your own editor, or I can arrange a review through my network of trusted colleagues (for an additional fee).

  • Once the initial translation is submitted, I collaborate with you to incorporate any feedback or QC edits. The project is only complete once you are fully satisfied with the final version
